Avin B.V. processes personal data of job seekers and employers. We do so carefully and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains which data we collect through this website and why.

Which data we collect

Through this website we only collect data you enter or send yourself:

• Contact form: name, company name, email address, phone number and your message.
• Application by email or WhatsApp: the details you include in that message yourself.
• Technical data your browser sends to the web server automatically, such as your IP address, for the security and operation of the site.

What we use that data for

• To answer your question or request.
• To match you with suitable work or suitable staff.
• To stay in contact about current or future assignments.

We do not use your data for other purposes and never sell it to third parties.

Sharing with others

To arrange a placement it may be necessary to share your details with an employer. That only happens after discussing it with you, and only with the details relevant to that role. We also use service providers for hosting and email, for example; we make agreements with them about securing your data.

How long we keep data

We do not keep your data longer than needed for the purposes above, or than a statutory retention period requires.

Your rights

You may ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Send a message to info@avinbv.nl. We respond within four weeks. If we cannot resolve it together, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
