Human in contact. Professional in results.
Recruitment is people work
Filling a vacancy is not the same as solving one. A CV tells you what someone has done, but not whether they fit a shop floor, a team, a shift pattern. That difference decides whether a placement still stands three months later.
So we always begin with a conversation. With the candidate, about what they can do and what they want. And with the employer, about how things really work on the floor. Only then do we start searching.
We would rather work with a short, careful shortlist than with volume. Sometimes that means saying no to an assignment that does not suit us. We find that more honest than placing someone who will not last.
From Maasland, active in the Netherlands and Belgium
Our office is at Oud Camp 10A in Maasland. From there we work across the region — the Westland, Midden-Delfland, Delft, Maassluis, Vlaardingen, Rotterdam and The Hague — and across the border in Belgium.
